Meat’s distribution in Eid dul Adha

            Eid dul Adha is a great day in Muslim. It happens once a year and in this year it happen at Friday, on October, 26^th 2012. Almost Muslim’s people celebrate that, also in my neighborhood.  There are six cows and nine goats. Each cows and goats came from different place, so they have different characteristics. Such as the cows that come from original Java have black skin and very big and almost the goats are bought around my neighborhood by the Eid dul Adha’s committee. It had done at Masjid Al-Muhajirin at Cimanggis-Depok.

            Butchering the meat did at Saturday, if it did at Friday it was afraid the time was not enough because that was a Friday’s pray. At Saturday the butchering ran, it starts at 07.00 a.m until 10.00 a.m, also there were so many people around the place enthusiasm to look the slaughter in the field, after all of cows and goats already were slaughtered, the committee already process and divide the meats  to almost 400 packages.

            At 11.00 is time to spread the meat’s package. That is spread to Duafa’s people , traveling salesman and another people that have a right to receive it. The meat’s distribution had done better than last year, because the committee had arranged the management very well. Even though there was still a little incident, it can be handled soon and the committee moved very fast. First, committee spread the tickets to each people than they stand in line and wait their turn to get that meat patiently. Beside that there was a pacification that helped it.   The distribution run well, so it does not need long time, just need almost two hours until all of them already get it. It finished at 12.00 a.m and the committee clean the place as soon as possible because it will be used to Zuhur’s pray.
