communication is the changes of idea, information, instruction that have
special purpose which serves individually or impersonally through to symbols or
signals. The business communication involves changing information continually.
That is a process which runs regularly. The more of business to be wide, the
large pressing in that business to find some communication ways that more
effective-with all of employee .There are six particular elements in this
business communication:
1. Having a goal, it means that the
business communication has to one purpose that is settled as through as the
organizations’ goal before.
2. Changing, in this case involve minimally
two people or more, there are communicator and communicant.
3. Idea, opinion, information, instruction
as contains of message that form variable depends on its purpose, situation,
and the condition.
4. Using personal or impersonal that
perhaps face to face between them by the certain media or by the media that
reach billion people in the same ways.
5. Using symbols or signals, it means that
it becomes a tool or method which can understand by the receivers to tell the
message.
6. The organizations’ goal: the one of
characterization that differentiates the formal organization from information is
the certain of goals by management before.
Business
communication is different with interpersonal communication even intercultural
communication. Interpersonal communication is a communication that usually we
find in the daily activity between two people or more to catch the certain
goal, even intercultural communication is the shape of communication between
two people or more, where each of them has different culture. Adding of them
there are some communications techniques:
Informative communication, persuasive communication, instructive or
cohesive communication, human relation
The
examples of business communication in the company is television program company
with the others company likes drinking company or some of food companies and
another partner company to develop the television program in order the people
that watch that program also know the brand of partner business that join in
that television program
